Fall-arrest Lanyard is used as a component in a Personal Fall Protection Systems where a combination of worker mobility and fall protection is required.

When do I need an energy absorbing lanyard?

• Fall arrest lanyards can reduce the impact of a fall via a shock-absorber within the system. These lanyards come in lengths up to a maximum of 1.8 m. They should only be used with sufficient height clearance.
