The Shepherd's Processing Plant is currently part of the company established in 1970.
Cooper Tarrazu,
The processing plant is located next to the town of San Marcos, deep in the Tarazhu producing area.
The coffee farms of the franchised farmers are mainly behind the processing plants
The average altitude is about 1450 meters on the slopes of volcanoes;
Beginning in November every year, farmers from the cooperative will tour the coffee garden from time to time.
The red ripe fruit is harvested by hand and transported to the processing plant below;
Shepherd's processing plant uses traditional water washing process to process green beans,
And from the Rio Pirris that flows through the treatment plant
Abundant and clean water supply just provides good conditions for washing process.
The beans under the name of "Shepherd's Manor" are coffee beans produced by the cooperative with "European regulations".
It is the highest grade product of the cooperative.
The main coffee flavors are almond stone fruit and creamy richness,
With delicate acidity and sweetness, the finish is sweet.
