It is made of modified acrylic resin with excellent weather resistance and high-purity titanium dioxide powder. It is water-based and non-toxic.  It has high adhesion and elasticity.  It is excellent in weather resistance, anti-cracking, and waterproof, It’s environmental safe, non-toxic, non-polluting and in line with environmental protection requirements.  Effectively dispersing thermal radiation into the surrounding atmosphere without storing heat. It can effectively increase the lifetime use of the roof.  Reduce island heat effect and energy use of indoor air conditioners.

Meets the Cold Roof Coating of US and World Standards

Suitable for new or old buildings: roof floor, exterior wall.  With special base agent, it can be attached to any material. Use SJ-39 as surface protection layer can achieve anti-fouling, anti-UV, non-yellowing, non-shelling, self-cleaning, acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, and etc..
