Anti-Scorching Agent
Scorching is an undesirable discoloration phenomenon which occurs within polyurethane (PU) foam blocks, causing them to assume a yellow to brown color.
The use of antioxidants has been proposed and it can help to prevent some extent of discoloration in polyols and PU foams.
UAO-67 contains radical trapper and primary / aminic antioxidants and is designed to improve the heat and color stabilities of polymers. It will give the solution to these problems for PU slab foam production line.
