We are developing an array of metal plating services for worldwide clients. This requires thorough investigations and preparation as we only aim to the best possible processes and equipment in terms of quality and environmental protection. We will therefore offer the following services gradually within the coming two years: Acid Zinc plating - Alkaline Zinc plating - Zinc-Nickel Alloy plating - Zinc-Iron Alloy plating - Zinc-Cobalt plating - Tin-Zinc plating - Mechanical plating – Dacromet - Electroless Plating (Nickel, Copper, Tin, Nickel-PTFE). Our two first fully automated lines are dedicated to Acid Zinc plating treatments with a variety of Cr3 passivations and Top-Coat processing after passivation. Our chemicals are all selected from a highly renowned European supplier to guarantee the highest quality levels. Our facility reaches the highest environmental protection class thanks to our totally integrated and closed water treatment equipment discharging clean waters.
