1;Modular design
The entire structure is designed as modular, whose parts are piled up, consists of hydraulic function unit, machinery brake unit and machinery output unit, and forms complete set with main machines easily.
2;High efficiency
The multi-action flat flow-matched technology is adopted to compensate automatically the loss of frictions, low sensibility to pressure and temperature, high volumetric efficiency. The rolling post and piston structure are used simultaneously to make transmission easy, less friction, higher machinery efficiency.
3;High pressure and good low-speed performance
Its maximum pressure is up to 40Mpa. Because of small transmission inertia and the piston auxiliary is sealed with piston loop, it has higher start efficiency, better low speed performance and minimum reliable speed (less than 0.5 r.p.m)
4;Bear radial and axial loads
The machinery output unit has been installed independently, the diameters of bearing and output shaft are much bigger and, the radial balance in hydraulic function unit is a pure torque output so that the motor can bear larger radial and axial forces.
5 With machinery brake
The modular structure has been used to pile up the machinery brake units easily and to fulfill the out put shaft being braked for safety and stopping directly.
