EP-35D metal-detectable foam earplugs are earplugs designed to protect the ear from noise disturbances while also being sensed by metal detectors when the earplugs are dropped down the production line to avoid foreign objects being loaded into the product. These earplugs are made of a soft, pliable foam material that expands to fit the shape of the ear canal, providing a snug and comfortable fit. EP-35D enlarged the diameter size which provides a more compliant effect for wearers with larger ear canals, creates a tight seal, blocking out most external noise and preventing sound from entering the ear. The special blue foam earplugs with metal beads and metal-sensing wires are one of the most used personal hearing protection products in the food processing industry. Each pair of earplugs is put into an individual packaging bag, it meets the hygiene considerations of the food processing industry for earplugs.
In addition to their metal detection capabilities, EP-35D earplugs also provide a high level of noise reduction, which offers a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of up to 32 decibels.
