The winding of the HPM hybrid permanent magnet motor is directly wound on the convex structure, which is simple and reliable, and eliminates the problems of low efficiency of ordinary induction motors and motor heat concentration. The heat concentration of the motor often leads to damage to the motor insulation layer and the occurrence of other failures. Repairing traditional air compressors often results in days or weeks of production downtime, and costs a rental fee. Operations such as rewinding the coil or replacing the bearing will consume a lot of manpower and material resources. Nirvana stator components are not only quick to replace, but also less expensive than replacing motor coils.

After the rotor surface is sandblasted to increase the roughness, organic high-temperature resin is embedded in molybdenum disulfide MoS2 molecular resin, and mechanically sprayed on the sandblasted rotor surface to achieve high durability, anti-oxidation and non-fragile effects and other properties. Compared with other coatings, the UltraCoatTM super coating has a longer life, and can save 10% of the energy consumption of the main engine and ensure that the air volume is not degraded within two years.
