PTA-Screw

Power plasma welding applies the arc welding principle of positive and negative electrodes. The welding rote is completely welded with the base material, and the   minimum possibility of the welding path becoming less rigid fully prevents the welding layer from peeling off.
PTA is a Nickel-based alloy. Its chemical composition includes Ni, WC, CO, Fe, Si, B, Cr, and C. 
The hardness between HRC 52~55. The thickness of the hardened layer can reach 1.5mm and the hardness does not decrease with the depth. Increase the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the screw and last the functioning life.
