Common environmentally friendly plastics include PLA, PVA, and Stone Paper  plastics.
The characteristics of general plastics and environmentally friendly plastics are very different, especially the glass transition temperature, softening temperature and fluidity of plastics are very different.

Therefore, whether it is an extruder or an injection machine, it often encounters problems in the processing of environmentally friendly plastics.
Especially stability or mixing will have different challenges than traditional thermoplastics.

In the extrusion or injection of environmentally friendly plastics, the first problem encountered is stability or mixing, which has a considerable relationship with the design of the screw. In the field of environmentally friendly plastics such as PLA, PVA…etc., the operation of extrusion or injection is very different from traditional plastics. We have a lot of experience in this area, and we have designed a screw and barrel with good stability, good mixing, and no temperature rise for customers.

The screw and barrel are made of SACM-645 (alloy steel imported from Japan). After quenching, tempering and long-term nitriding, it can achieve the advantages of wear resistance and long life.
