Taiwan Anti-Static Table Mat
- Effectively discharged the friction which is generated in electronic product assembly, testing, soldering furnace temperature difference, and reduce the damage of sensitive electronic parts/products from electrostatic discharge.
- Applicable: shelf, assembly line worktable, memory disassembly and assembly, main board test, etc.
- All table mats are made of green surface and black background.
- Impedance value: green surface 10e6 ~10e8 / black surface 10e3 ~ 10e5
- Rubber (matte surface/shiny surface): High hardness and can instant high temperature resistance up to 180℃. Suitable for the workbenches and floor mats plated with tin and solvent.
- PVC foaming (matte surface): body is made of foaming process, instant high temperature resistance to 80℃. It's soft and good for product cushioning protection.
- TPU matte surface: chlorine-free, sulfur-free, polymer elastomer, heat resistance: 120℃ for a few seconds, high tear strength, high abrasion resistance and solvent resistance, and low temperature resistance etc.
- Customizable size and the corners can be cut or fillet.
