Is neoprene hot to wear?

Neoprene or SBR rubber , they are close foam , so they don't have a breathable function, they keep the temperature , many designers of many different products know the characteristics of materials and create new products to help people.
Neoprene, though, is dense and can be warm to wear for spring or summer (Continental climate). so when you diving in the sea , neoprene fabric will keep your body temperature .
Something that people like to use bag to keep food temperature when they have a picnic , Some come to this material.
Using the elasticity and extensibility of the material, the designer designed medical protection products such as: knee supporter, waist belt ,shoulder supporter...etc
 That's why I prefer neoprene in sleeveless items or those with short-cap sleeves. Air them out after wearing and don't iron them, as intense heat will break down neoprene fibers.
