Heavy duty mattress cover filling machine

This machine is only used for mattress cover filling.

Machine sliding part uses high precision slider, which is power saving and low noise.

Left and right units elevate synchronously to compromise different height filling.

Fixed control box, so it doesn’t occupy space and is easy to operate.

Machine is equipped with side pushing conveyor device, it is easy to operate

Material sending plate can be adjusted the position and angle, it is easy to reach material.

Inside the left/right and up/down guide conveyor is ditch-type conveyor belt. This can prevent conveyor from sliding sideways

For different mattress size the height and width of conveyor should be adjusted so as to ensure easy filling of mattress cover.

Mattress height: between 3”- 8”

Can be used for: Spring Bed, Latex Bed, Foam Bed (side conveyor should not be too tight or it could break the foam bed), Rebond Foam Bed (side conveyor should not be too tight or it could break or crack.).

Unsuitable to use for Silica Bed (because its softeness), high viscosity foam beds or extreme soft latex beds.

Can be used for Cotton and Blending Fabric Covers, PVC Bag (If air accumulated inside the bag, poke holes on the PVC bag) and Chemical Fiber Fabric (curls easily, be careful when filling).
