Application:
Chemical liquid resistant roller inside etching trough
Characteristics:
Chemical liquid resistant (30% respectively for sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid and sulphuric acid, 20% for nitric acid).
The product is especially for chemical liquid resistant rollers in the etching section, which is to prevent erosion of the roller and the liquid deteriorating and flowing out.
Typical application:

Electronic and electrical industry: After cleaning CMP semiconductor manufacturing, PCB MILL wet process, LCD layout clean and dry, filter, lead frame plating process.
