UNIGLUE 4564 is a 2K and eco-friendly water-based adhesive which does not contain any organic solvents. In addition, the product is different with nowadays solvent-based and eco-friendly spray adhesives and other water-based adhesives, such as water-based AC, PU and EVA etc., because it owns better wet-tack (the tack appears and the coating layer is still wet). As a result, the customers can improve the productivity under the safe work environment.
UNIGLUE 4564 is especially suitable to be applied to the bonding of the foam with other materials. However, we do not recommend using the product in the combination of the materials without air permeability.

The shelf-life is a half year when the product is closed tightly and not open. The moderate temperature of storage is 25±10℃, but not lower than 5℃. Otherwise, the product is frozen and loses its utility. After opening, please keep it close tightly and use it up as soon as possible. Inaddition, keep away from sunlight to prevent the polymer film from being formed as a result of the vaporization of water.
