UNIGLUE 6402 is a one-part, organic solvent free, water based polychloroprene rubber emulsion which is a eco-friendly foam adhesive different from two-part or organic solvent based foam adhesive. Compare with other water based foam adhesive ex: AC, PU and EVA, UNIGLUE 6402 bonds instantly before water dried totally, so that is eco-minded and more efficient.
Typical users will apply between 50…70g/m2 through spraying ,depending on the porosity of substrates and strength of adhesive bond desired. It also can be used between foam and fabric adhesive or foam and wood adhesive, but it’s inapplicable between airproof materials.
